The university of Tokyo developed new gadget its called Organic Flash Memory, This is nonvolatile flash memory . Organic Flash Memory basic structure are matched with the old flash memory.This is new technology of storage, in this gadget we electrically remove and reprogrammed the storage . This flash memory made with the Organic materials.

Organic Flash Memory made by some organic materials because of these materials this flash memory is physically flexible and use full for wide area electronic sensors. This is compact storage device. All the functioning are done with the help of electrically. All the data will remove using the electrically and reprogrammed by the same. In the currently they add the notebook SSD hard drive for adding maximum storage capacity. The functioning of the Organic Flash Memory is same like older version of flash memory.
