Red Hat announced open-source map of the world

Red Hat and the Georgia Institute of Technology co-operation of the 75 countries drawn open source activity map, the official name of the map called "open source index (OSI)", based on a series of factors including policy, the Government of practice, industry and community statistics come to the final ranking . The top 16 are as follows
France: 1.35 (scored); Spain; 1.07; Germany: 1.05; Australia: 1.04; Finland: 1.03; the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland): 1; Norway: 0.95; Estonia: 0.89 ; USA: 0.89; Denmark: 0.79; Italy: 0.71; Brazil: 0.68; Netherlands: 0.67; Japan: 0.62; China: 0.6; Singapore: 0.58 .....

The results somewhat surprising, China even went so far belong to the open source high-activity among countries, and a far cry from the usual point of view, China in Belgium, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and other developed countries before.
