In a unique partnership with Ubisense, Fish Software have agreed with ExCel London to permanently install their real-time measurement system as a world’s first utilising the latest precise real-time location system from Cambridge based company.

This is the first permanent installation of this unique technology anywhere, making ExCel London the World’s first truly smart event space. The Fish system utilizes the Ubisense RTLS (Real Time Location System) technology to determine the precise location of every visitor to an event with an accuracy of 6 inches, every second. The Fish system then leverages that location intelligence to provide a unique personalized experience for each visitor as well as detailed measurement and analysis for organizers and exhibitors.

This Fish RTMS (Real Time Measurement System) system calculates visitor traffic flows, dwell time, staff engagements etc which can all be correlated against visitor demographic data in real-time. Visitors benefit from a personalized show experience and enhanced interactivity as they request information to be delivered to them from their real-time location, a world first.
