Activation for Vista Ultimate

I have replaced my hard drive and video card. When I re-installed Vista and
activated it, everything seemed to work just fine. Yesterday I saw a popup
bubble saying that it was trying to activate windows.

I checked the system information and it said that I have 22 days to activate
windows. Clicking on the activation link did nothing. I also clicked on the
"Change product key" link and nothing happened.

I have read various posts. The "slui.exe 4" does nothing. I would be happy
to activate over the phone, but I can't even get to that screen.

Can anyone help????

Could someone please help me? I am in need of some serious help. I have a Windows Vista Ultimate Restoration CD (64 bit), but when I attempted to reinstall windows by using Activation Code, this is what I get as a result --

Windows cannot open the required file D:\Sources\Install.wim. The file does not exist. Make sure all the files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070002

I cannot get past this screen regardless of the Activation code. Please help me. I would really appreciate that. Thanks and God Bless!
