getting error code 0xC004E003

hi,

heres the story... my computer had vista home premium long ago, i decide to
reformat again. i did a clean dual boot (i have xp and vista long time ago
dual boot). when i wanted to activate vista, it gives me this error
0xC004E003..

The software licensing service reported that license evaluation failed.

i only install vista on one computer only. so whats going on!?!?

Hi,

Use the phone activation method. Since yours has already been activated
once, it will fail the automated system since it's determined to be 'in
use'. Hold the line and wait for a real person and they should be able to
complete activation for you.
