Acer Empowering Technology application software doesn't run on VISTA

I bought this Aspire 5570 laptop a month ago that came with Vista pre-installed. Today I installed Acer Empowering Technology application due to some reason, but when I run the same, it quits with an error message saying:

“error syntax message (Sorry, your Operating System is not supported)”

I don’t have any idea about this problem. Can anyone here help me please?

Most probably, from wherever you have downloaded this software, would be not for Vista. So visit their site again and download the one compatible for Windows Vista.
