Getting error code 2738 while installing windows live toolbar

I am getting an error code 2738 with a message saying "Could not access VBScript run time for custom action" while installing windows live toolbar. I want to know what might be wrong and what will i have to do to install it successfully.

Even i am looking after a fix for the same error, i am getting it while starting iTune. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling installing it several times but no luck yet. I am getting welcomed with the same error message again and again. Let me know as well if you come across any fix for this.

I have tried the same been trying to download vzw 5720 drivers for broadband and I get an error code 2738. I have tried to uninstall it to re-install it and get the error code 2738. I have tried the vbscript and received a message the it was successful. It did not work either. Anyone have any answers?

I tried the fix it and have had no luck reloading vzw 5720 broadband card and when it was on my computer I would get a moblink error 130.
