Error Code: 0x8007251D when trying to Activate Vista Enterprise

I had installed Vista Enterprises edition v6.0 on one of my office desktop. Today I received a MAL License key and I want to activate the my Vista using this key. But whenever I try to activate it online, I get an error message which says:

“Code: 0x8007251D
Description: No records found for given DNS query.”

Tried few times but got the same result hence I removed my lan cable form the system assuming it will give me an option to Activate on Phone, but surprisingly I get only the following options: Activate over internet, Ask me later See other ways to activate. There is no option for Phone. Also the See other ways link wont work.

So can anyone please suggest me if there is any other way I can activate my system? Many thanks.

Even I’m stuck with the same. No matter I try it as an Administrator or a Normal user, the only option displayed is to Activate Online where I get that error message and Ask me later. No option for Phone Activation.

Is it any kind of bug with Enterprises Edition?

If you have your System ID, you can also call Microsoft Activation Center and they will assist you for the activation. You can get the list of activation center contact number from here: http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/r...l/numbers.mspx

To me it seems like you have a volume version license. If yes, then these can be activated only by your corporate KMS server. The software to do this doesn't actually exist yet! Don't worry too much as your Vista will work for at least 30-days.
