Vista RTM Multilingual User Interface missing

I found MUI not available on Windows Vista Enterprise and Ultimate edition. I thought this would be provided in the same. Also there were some information which clearly says that it is going to have a per user display language ability. But yet not clearly available. I had checked all the settings and there is nothing found. I hope there would be some person who would be able to explain why this is happening.

I think almost all Vista SKUs comes with what you are talking about. While other than this if you need multi-lingual support you can simply add the language pack in your Vista edition. You can also install Vista Language Interface Pack and then modify the system as per your need. I think this would be the most easiest option for you to get what you are looking.

There are around 35 different languages available for Windows Vista. I am sure you will be able to get what you are looking for. I am also doubtful about the internal settings on the same. Try running Windows Update and see whether you are able to get the right output or not.
