Activation Error 0xc004e003

So i tried to submit a beta client error report (which failed).

The issue is i can't activate RC2. And now i'm stuck in reduced
functionality mode.
I can get to the internet just fine as well.

It won't let me phone activate, and online activation fails. Any ideas on
how to resolve this, i'm trying to repair RC2 by reinstalling RC2, i tried
this before and the install failed. But i'll try again. Any ideas, or do i
have to do a clean install?

I'm having the same problem... I know my key is legit, can anyone help?
