while booting i have a message"bootmgr is compressed.press ctrl+alt+del to restart". i cannot boot from my windows dvd.the same message is displayed.f8 fn key is also disabled..pls solve my problem

It appears as if the master boot record has been damaged, so if you are having a installation disc then you can refer to the below article and then try out the solution that has been mentioned there and see if it is helping.
