| Windows could not format a partition on disk0 I'm getting this error whilst trying to install Windows Vista X64 on my Samsung Spinpoint F1 500GB. > Windows could not format a partition on disk0. The error occured while > preparing the partition selected for installation. Error code: > 0x80070057 I can't understand why, my other data hard disks are disconnected. I formatted the disk to begin with, but now, I can neither install the OS or format it again (with Windows). Any ideas? -- Alex98uk |

| Re: Windows could not format a partition on disk0 Sorry, close this. Found I had to delete the existing partition, format the disk and create a new partition. :p -- Alex98uk |
