Windows Updater <<Error Code 80071A30>>

I am having a terrible time trying to get my automatic updater to work. For
some reason now it will not load any of the 6 security updates for my
computer. It starts off by downloading the updates then pauses, then throws
out Error code 80071A30.

I have looked through Microsoft trouble shooting and they have nothing on
this error, and it is near impossible to get help for it off the internet. I
even tried to google this error with not much luck.

Does anyone know what to do to fix this problem?

There is something wrong with the updater, but I have no idea on how to fix
this problem.

I even tried to manually get the updates off of Microsoft website and this
error still occurs.

Usually if I have any trouble with windows updates, I go to services and
stop the "automatic updates" service first. Then go to
C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution and wipe out all the folders inside.

Restart the "automatic updates" service and goto Windows Update. Should
redownload the patches and see if they install.
