MS Office Enterprise 2007 internal Error 2203

while installing office 2007 i receive internal error 2203.
after checking various discussion group I found its due to

TEMP folder permission not being sufficient. or path not set properly in
environment variables.

System account not having enough controll on destination folder.

but i have tried everything mentioned on website to get rid of this error
still having internal error 2203

All issues with Office Enterprise should be addressed to the IT person at the company from where you purchased it trough the Microsoft Home Program. They are the ones that hold the Volume License on this Office Edition

I've had a problem like this before, but my Office 2007 was a downloaded trial version and it was corrupt, I had to re-download it properly and then it worked. Another problem could be some of the left over files uninstalled still on your computer, download CCleaner and then run a clean up and see if it works after. Cheers !
