Windows Defender "MpTelemetry"?

I never notice when it happens, but when I watch my list of reported problems
(in configuration, don't know the english name) I see:

Windows Defender Command Line Utility
MpTelemetry (+ date + the message that there is no solution for it)

followed by:
Probleem met handtekening
Naam van probleemgebeurtenis: MpTelemetry
Probleemhandtekening 01: 8024402c
Probleemhandtekening 02: EndSearch
Probleemhandtekening 03: Search
Probleemhandtekening 04: 1.1.1600.0
Probleemhandtekening 05: MpSigDwn.dll
Probleemhandtekening 06: 1.1.1600.0
Probleemhandtekening 07: Windows Defender
Versie van besturingssysteem: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3
Landinstelling-id: 1043

Extra informatie over het probleem
Bucket-id: 31295353

(I wasn't able to translate this part, but the ones who have had this (or
the ones who can read Dutch), will recognise it)

does anybody know how to solve this problem?
It is really strange I do not notice anything when it occurs...

RE: Windows Defender "MpTelemetry"?

I have the exact same error message. I am also having trouble with an
Hauppage internal TV tuner card causing system instability and slow boots. Do
you have one installed?

no, I haven't installed any of them. What I noticed is that the problem
happens 90% of the time when I'm offline (no internet connection). But it
still is very random. When I look in my list of reported problems I
sometimes see 8 mptelemetry's a day and sometimes the next problem is a
month later.

I'm still looking for an solution... But I haven't found one yet...
