| Media Player error message C00D11B1
When I open Windows Media Player 11 I cannot see or hear picture or sound. Message displayed 'Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help.' When open for help error message C00D11B1 comes up. How do I fix this  |

I saved the following Q&A from a previous newsgroup message...maybe it will be worth a try: but which part in the player tab do I uncheck? |

Found the answer. Went to audio device and was advised that audio enhancements were causing problem....diabled them and now all is okay Press CTRL+M to show the menus. =) |

When I open Media Center or Media player I see NO Tools tab to check. Where do I find it? |
