| Help Please - Start Menu Programs Not Displayed show in my list of Programs when I click the Start button. However I can see them if I right click All Programs and select Open All Users. I can't determine why they are not listed when I click the Start button. One interesting piece of info is that the icon for Accessories in StartMenu\Programs has what appears to be two ?? marks or two tiny people attached to the icon. How can I determine and correct the problem so all my groups appear in the Start Menu? Thank you |

Most of the start menu accessories icons are system files. SFC is probably the fastest way to rebuild those. Some Windows Vista functions may not work, or Windows Vista may stop responding: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833 -- click the Ratings button. The message I received back is... Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. Where might I turn for other suggestions. I cannot see my Accessories, Maintenance and Startup Groups when I click the Start button. How can I determine why and find a why to display the groups? "Mark L.
