Windows Explorer in Vista SP1 crashes constantly.

I am having a serious problem with windows explorer constantly crashing. I
loaded Vista SP1 about a couple weeks ago, and ever since Windows Explorer
would stop responding randomly. This is in addition to the many other
programs that would stop running like AIM, Firefox, just to name a few. This
didn't happen as much until i loaded SP1.

As for my stats, I'm running a Toshiba laptop with 2GB, AMD Turion 64
dualcore processor. My windows experience rating is at 3.0.

Thanks in advance

What's the fault bucket information for this crash according to the Problem
Reports and Solutions Center control panel?
http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#bucket
has how to look this up if you don't know how.
