| Error Code 8024200d Windows Vista Service Pack 1
I cannot get the service pack to download. I have tried several times and keep getting the same error code. Any help would be appreciated.  |

This error seems to be related to another update necessary for SP1 to be installed: "Update 935509 contains an update that you must have to correctly service Windows BitLocker Drive Encryption-capable computers. I found the answer my my complicated solution. I actually just shut the computer down with the Shutdown option in Vista. I'm sure you are all familiar with how updates install as Windows is shutting down. I had that same error code. I don't know if it was installing SP1 though.
