| Auto LogOff after Inactivity
I am trying to find a solution that will auto log-off a user on Vista not connect to a domain after inactivity. I know that winexit.scr worked on XP and I tried it on Vista but it gives me a Registry error on executing and setting the settings. Also, tried LogonExpert but that doesn't seem to have the option to logoff after inactivity - only logoff at specified time. Are there any other alternatives out there? Thanks in advance... |

This is really sad that Vinny posted this item over a year ago and no replies. :( I am looking for the solution to this very same question, and hope someone - by now - has an answer. |

Can't you just lock the desktop after inactivity? i.e. in Screen Saver Settings, tick "On resume display logon screen". |

| ScreenPass auto log off
ScreenPass automatically Logout idle workstations after administrator defined idle period has exceeded. Works under XP and Vista. |
