Vista c000021a System Error

I get blue screen error most of the time when i start my system after loading screen. Details regrading the error are as followed

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Initial session Process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000001 0x0010040c)

I have tried performing system restore from my end but no luck. I still get the same blue screen error most of the times.
