| bluescreen minidump shut down
my computer keeps shutting down when on the internet - I am somewhat computer illerate when it comes to things like this - there were some programs unitstalled and I think maybe some of the shared files got deleted could this be the problem? Give the error messages and codes on your blue screen. If I turn off the auto restart then the blue screen will stay up so I can get that info?
