Go to "ease of access" in your control panel and turn it off.

Once you go into ease of access the only available button is the start
narrator button. There is no on or off button. Where do I need to go to keep
it from popping on every time I turn on the computer?

Ease of Access, and then Ease of Access Center). In the Ease of Access
    Center, Explore all settings,
click "Use the computer without a display" and then clear the "Turn on
    Narrator" check box.

Now that narrator has been disabled. How do I get rid of the black
    screen?
