Screen Saver, My Pictures, Display file name & Location

Windows XP had the option of displaying "file names" and "location" on
pictures when your monitor went to screen saver mode. Is this posible with
Windows Vista ???
Also, Windows XP allowed you to pause pictures, is this posible with Windows
Vista ???
