Error when adding remote printer from XP (Error 0x0000000d or 0x00000035)

I have an XP Pro machine with a Lexmark P6250 connected to it. I can print
on it from any other XP system but not with Vista Home Premium. When I try
to add the printer I get an error 0x0000000d or 0x00000035.

I have installed the Lexmark Vista drivers on my Vista machine and XP
drivers on the XP machine. Installing the Vista driver on the XP machine
with the connected Printer screws everything up (no printing possible at
all).

Any hint of what I need to do ?

Analyzing it more it seems this is the real issue:

But why is the access denied ? My XP machine allows everyone to print.

Why doesn't Vista ask me for another username/password ?

Got same problem as well..XP is the host computer and Vista is the client..if will add network printer on vista got an error 0x0000000d..what i did is uninstall the old software on XP and then download the vista driver for that..but make sure that the cable is DISCONNECTED on the process of uninstalling and reinstalling...it will really screws up if cable is connected coz it will create conflict..it will work 100%.
