Re: EULALauncher.exe
I've just done a complete search for "EULALauncher.exe" on my system,
and found no matching files.
It would appear that you have some form of malware on your system.

Re: EULALauncher.exe
I don't know why your Google search didn't help. There were quite a few
useful links using the search term "EULALauncher.exe". Basically,
something that came preinstalled on your machine - quite possibly the
Google toolbar (I see this a lot on Dell machines for ex.) - wants you
to agree to the End User License Agreement before it finishes
installing. It is simple to find out what application that is. Here are
two ways:
1. Run the System Configuration Utility to see what is set to start with
Windows.
Start Orb>Start Search box>msconfig [enter]
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation,
type the password, or click Continue. Then see what is on the Startup
tab. If EULALauncher is there, look at its path. It is probably
launching from Program Files (see below).
2. Do a search for EULALauncher.exe on your computer. It probably lives
in C:\Program Files\[some program]. Once you've determined what program
it is, you can decide if you want to keep it. If you do, then accept the
EULA when it launches and allow the program to install. If you don't, go
to Control Panel>Programs and Features and uninstall it.
