Explorer crashes everytime i open the Control panel.

Hi. I have just installed my computer with Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit, and
i have the same problem as before, with the same OS. When i want to open then
control panel explorer stoppes working. and as a result dreamscene stoppes
to. Is the problem dreamscene or has anybody a solution?
