FlexLM wont instal on Vista x64

I'm trying to install macrovision Flexlm for Unigraphics NX 4.0.
I keep getting error 1920 Service.Unigraphics License Server (uglmd) failed
to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system
services. Any ideas?

I think you're out of luck. It seems you need an update before it'll work.
