Defender Blocking "Not yet classified" Program

I'm so annoyed I could use obscene language.

I have a heap of work to scan and can't do it because the Scansnap software
provided by Fujitsu is blocked by Microsoft's f#$%#@*g Defender program.

Apparently the program is being classified. Who does that? Is there a guy in
Dehli checking software? Good God, I need access to my program now.

Tell me how to fix this mess and I'll send you a nice free ebook.

Re: Defender Blocking "Not yet classified" Program

Hi,

Have you approached Fujitsu support on this issue with their software yet?
http://www.fujitsu.com/us/services/c...ort/index.html

You didn't mention the model in use, the software version, or your OS
version (both level and 32 vs 64 bit), so identifying the problem is pretty
much impossible. In Windows Defender's software explorer, there are options
to allow software to run at startup, but be aware that it still has to be
compliant for the operating system for it to work correctly.
