Print Single Page with Outlook 2007

Can someone please explain how to print only the first page of a multipage
email? All the print box shows is "memo style". I cannot figure out how to
    change this.
    Thank you,
    Mike...

I use Outlook 2007 and wasn't aware you couldn't print only the pages you
want, but you are certainly right. The only way I found that it can be done
is to save it to 'Document' and then your Print selection allows you do print
    what you want.

RE: Print Single Page with Outlook 2007

This has been a problem in Outlook for years & it is frankly environmentally
irresponsible for Microsoft not to have fixed this by now. The worldwide
waste of paper due to this single flaw in Outlook has to be enormous. This
is bad corporate citizenship in my opinion.

I know that my small law office has wasted many reams of paper just because
of this feature. I know there are workarounds, which I often use. But
sometimes you forget and just hit "print" or, more often, it's only a couple
of pages that you don't need and it's just too time-consuming (especially
when you bill by the tenth of an hour) to go through the multiple steps
required to print just one page of a plain text message.

I often argue with the knee-jerk Microsoft haters, but this issue makes me
think that Microsoft has made a conscious choice to cause serious damage to
the environment rather than spend the corporate resources necessary to fix
    the problem. It's a shame.
