WerFault.exe - Application Error

Hi,

I get the folowing error message when trying to delete auto complete data
and when attempting to amending any contact info in windows mail:

WerFault.exe - Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in l , the
application at location 0x7742b09e.

Any help in rectifying the problem would be very much appreciated

I get something similar, WerFault.exe-Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click OK to
terminate the application... when my pc starts up, I get similar
messages but with other applications and programs such as SVPWUTIL
Application has stopped working, then my computer crashes, what do I do?
