Vista error code 80248007

Ok, always getting error code 80248007 which means its not installing updates. I have tried deleting and renaming the software distribution folder and it doesn't help at all. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the help and it corrected some of the problems but now I am getting error message 8007000B. Can you help with this one?
