This error appeared after my pc crashed installing windows updates, i get
the message that an application has caused the installed module to stop
working and nothing more on what the application was or why. I have 5 or so
updates left that cannot be installed and I have found no info on MS
knowledge base....please help

error code 80240016 "Windows is currently installing other updates"
The problem showed up because the first installation attempt wasn't finished
yet. If this problem persists even after a couple of hours, simply
restarting your computer should get it working.
Mine isn't fixed even after doing the restart of the machine.

hi, i'm having the same problem. every times that i try to instal the updates, it shows me the same error. its not fixed even after doing the restart of my computer. help me please. thanks
