Disable Media Center Store Update Manager?

I find that several times a day the Vista Windows Media Center Store Update
Manager dials the modem and leaves the connection opne (on) for hours a time
on a dial-up connection. When I manually disconnect (if I am present!) I get
the "Windows Media Center Store Update Manager has stopped working" error
message.

Can anyone steer me to the controls for Media Center Store / Media Center
Store Update Manager so I can disable it? I can find nothing onboard!

I also would love to know how to disable the Media Center Store Update.
It flags Symantec Internet monitor.

Step by step to disable the updates.
1. Start
2. Control Panel
3. Classic View (Setting in the upper right)
4. Administrative Tools
5. Task Scheduler
6. Task Scheduler Library (These next steps are all folders on the left side)
7. Microsoft
8. Windows
9. Media Center
10. Right click on Mcupdate
11. Select Disable
