Hi, Sometimes it is really hard to identifying. With Vista is that problem that often that are problems with drivers. I've met that after Vista installation I had one unknown device named Mass Storage device. When I installed all drivers to motherboard (some of them was not dedicated for Vista), device turned out that it's a sound card ;-) |

Quick guess--a component of your sound card that doesn't have drivers for vista yet. My creative card has no vista driver for the gameport and is Unknown pci device. |

I had the unknown device Quicklaunch buttons - funny thing is, there are no buttons on my Compaq laptop. But installing a driver for them cleared the error. Go figger! |
