    Flash Player Not Working Fix

Thought I'd post THIS with the subject header. I found this solution in
several threads that weren't as simply labled.
Uninstall your flash player-scroll to the bottom of the page for the
    uninstaller http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
    Run the uninstaller.
Go to any site that requires the flash player or Adobe's flash site and
install the player, follow the prompts for permission, etc. and you shouldn't
    have anymore issues.

I thought it was the Flash player that was turning off Aero in Vista, but it
was Java. I just downloade the Vista Version of Java and Aero is not
affected by any Java site. Hooray.

Yes, there's a new version for Vista. Uninstall the old version, reboot and
download the new version. Here's the link.

Re: Flash Player Not Working Fix

I have not been able to get flashplayer working in Vista or Firefox and here is what fixed it for me.

In IE 8 I went to Tools and clicked Manage Addons and found adobe "disabled" for some dumb reason so I enabled it and as simple as that it now works....

In Firefox I redownloaded the program (note: pay attention to the download process because in Firefox you probably will have to "enable" the download by clicking on an enable button on the screen during the process to make sure you get the download.)

Hope this helps a few people :)
