| more help needed with this issue
I think this is the correct thread having followed it through: Every 5 seconds or so when in outlook 2007 the pointer arrow rapidly fluctuates with the hour glass for a few seconds during which time you cannot click on anything. The MS search protocol host has stopped working message pops up frequently and every time outlook starts the BCM wizzard starts up. I have tried uninstalling BCM with no improvement and reinstalling outlook. Following the thread I found bucket number 377384837 is dominant, tried the workaround unclicking BCM in the indexing control panel but all is still the same. This issues seems to have started when I imported my address book as a csv file from my previous laptop and it seems as if the PC is constantly performing some activity every 5 secs that hangs everything else. Any help would be gratefully recieved |

I looked at the Watson bucket you were seeing and I think it does indicate an issue with BCM. I have forwarded this stuff to the BCM team and I'll let you know if we have any updates ...
