The procedure entry point _resetstkoflw could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll VISTA

This seems to be a fairly common error when installing a new service pack or when the msvcrt.dll has been changed by a 3rd party:

"The procedure entry point _resetstkoflw could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dllthe dynamic link library msvcrt.dll"

However, I got my new computer yesterday with VISTA and am trying to run a program and got this error message. Any ideas on how I can fix or work around this?

Thank you!
