Quake 4 problem

Hi
I recently installed windows vista home premium on my pc. When trying to
install quake 4 it tells me that there are known compatibility issues with
vista. Any advice on a possible solution or on an available patch would be
greatly appreciated.

Thank you

This is how I got Quake4 to install. Close the autorun prompt when you
insert the disk. Browse to the CD and look for the setup.exe file. With
pointer over the setup.exe file right click and then left click Run as
Administrator. Then it should give you the warning of incompatibility. Click
Run Program. You should be able to install Quake4. Also make sure you have
the latest version of Flash player.
