Symaddin error keeps popping up in media center. Usually when I am ripping. It will return to media center and ripping is not interrupted. Still, I can't understand what it might be. I also get "An error has occurred" and something to the effect of "you will now be returned to media center." Again there seems to be no effect on the system when this happens. |

I am also getting this error when I open Media Center. It records it in the Problem Reporting area as well, but it has no solution. Interestingly enough, I also saw a computer at Best Buy with the same error. It also gives me the option to disable Symaddin but I have no idea what it does. Any clues would be appreciated since Google was not helpful either. "Troy Marrs" wrote: > Symaddin error keeps popping up in media center. This just started happening to me just after I uninstalled Symantec Norton Internet Security 2007. "Symaddin" sounds like it could be something Symantec attached into Windows Media Center. I'm just guessing though. "Dream Whisper" wrote: > I am also getting this error when I open Media Center. It records it in the > Problem Reporting area as well, but it has no solution.
