I am here having a Windows Vista system. I am facing a bit issue with the TV tuner card. Before on my system I was having Windows XP where everything was working well. But after upgrade my TV Tuner card failed to work. It is not at all detected on my system. I went inside device manager and found the issue lie with the drivers. It is detected as unknown devices on my system. Can anyone help me here to fix the issue I am facing. What are the possible options available by which I can install and use the card.

Try to find the driver on web. I think you can get that. There is a official website of Creatix. Go on that and click on Products. Below that you can find the TV Tuner card model. You can just try to download the fresh drivers and update that in your system. I think that would be much more helpful in fixing the problem you are facing. If you do not get the drivers then the card is simply not compatible with Vista. You have to install xp back again. Which will be more beneficial I think.
