how to register "Msdatlst.ocx" at Vista?

Hi
when I user "regsvr32 $path\msdatlst.ocx"
I get an error says "call to dllregisterserver failed with error code
0x8002801c
How can I register it?

Hi ,

Yes, I am administrator, I have tried to install the vb6 & vb6sp6, It
resolve the problem , But I can not install this software at client's
computer.
do you know is there any software package that include it?

Yes , I have try this. but nothing changed.
I have tried using regmon (process moniter in vista) , all registry entries
are successsed.
