This system does not support fullscreen mode

I need some help with exe file here. Iam having some problem with using a application on full screen mode. The app is from HP. When I try to launch the same in full screen mode it is giving a me error that your pc does not support fullscreen mode. While other things works fine. Whenever I try to maximize of run the application on full screen mode I got the error and it crashes. I am not able to get any solution for the same. I hope there will be some nice option available by which I can make this thing work.

If it is a dos like application then you cannot use that in Vista. It does not support full screen mode for dos like software. But if it some other application then you can here try re-installing the application. There might be some issue with the same. You can also try to update your video drivers which will be more easier for you to fix the problem you are facing. It is quiet essential that you must adjust the resolution in the properties and then test back. That will be more helpful here.
