I have searched many places to find away to resolve this matter and I have seen older pre 2009 posts but very few resolves. I have a Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and I have CCleaner. I have ran both programs but I have yet to resolve the issue... Can some one help me please!!!

I just bought this cpu (AMD Athlon 7750 Dual-Core Processor, w/ 6.0GB Ram DDR3 with a ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics on board and I am running MS Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit SP2) I haven't had this system a month yet and I have waited over a year to play this game because it wouldn't run on my old system! This is the only program I am having a problem with...

Re: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

As the event suggests, the crash is occuring in CitySocieties.exe. A
0xC0000005 error is an "access violation", which means the program tried
to touch a memory address to which it did not have access. This doesn't
necessarily mean there's a bug in SimCitySocieties.exe; but the problem
is highly specific to that particular program.

Your best bet would be to look through the "offical" Sim City Societies
forums

As a first step, you might want to apply Game Update Number 5. Also make
sure you have the latests and greatest video drivers from ATI for your
graphics card. There are also a few useful suggestions from Electronic
Arts Support in this thread

For a definitive analysis, you may need to open a support case with EA -
they'd want to see your DXiag report and crash details.

I have the same issue - I suspect it is related to some upgrade but not sure
- please help. Photoshop CS2 has not been upgraded. Running Vista Home
premium SP1

Please quote enough of the message you're responding to to put your
reply into context (as I did above). Many newsgroup participants (me,
for example) don't save already-read messages and a message without a
quote is likely to be completely unintelligible to many people.

I have no idea what your issue is.

Re: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

The main clue is usually in the 'module name', in this case
'tosbtshell.dll_unloaded'

From a quick google it looks to be related to a bluetooth device. If so,
updating drivers may help.
