Activation error 0xC004E003

I just installed RC1. When I try to login it gives me a windows activation
screen. If I try to activate I get a code 0xC004E003. If I try to run via
Reduced functionality that screen stays up, I do not get a task bar/start
button but Iexplorer starts so I can buy a product Id (I have one). If I go
to Windows update it says I must activate first. So I cannot run anything
except Iexplorer. If I kill the activation screen it logs me off.
So I cannot activate and I cannot process. Any suggestions? Oh this code
means "License evaluation failed"

Windows Vista refuses to activate:

This could be a result of a time out session on the Server, you are not
connected to the Internet, or you are working in offline mode. If you still
experience problems activating, I recommend you try again later, you have a
grace period of 30 days, so immediate activation of the software is not
mandatory or necessary, just make sure it is done within the grace period or
the software will go into reduced functional mode and require activation
before continued use. Alternatively you can choose to activate by telephone
by choosing the Automated phone system option on the Activation wizard.

Thanks Andre but I was online and the system is unuseable if you look at my
problem description. I tried three times but I will try the telephone route
too.
