Windows Update not downloading KB968389

OS Vista Home Premium SP1. Am only on dialup but have previously not had
problems d/l at night up to 150MB of updates. Yet when KB968389 is
selected, day or night it shows 0 progress with the d/l. Any help
gratefully received.

You could manually DL it here

or, Hide it, as it doesn't seem terribly important to end users.

Thx for your suggestion Death. Unfortunately the standalone Installer after
running for thirty minutes still didn't install the update. As it's an
Important update, why do you consider it not terribly important ?
