Move media player help

When I try to watch shows on ABC.com I am being told that I am outside of the United States. Last time I checked, Colorado was still in the USA. This was not always the case, I was watching shows for quite a while. Have rebooted, reloaded and used their (no response) feedback with no luck. Missing my shows! Any suggesions?

Control Panel/Regional and Language Options, is the correct region set here?
Check the time zone indicator in the Time controls as well.
