acer aspire m3641 wont boot or enter bios

my acer aspire m3641 had a virus so i started to format the hard drive and the pc decided to shutdown. now it wont boot or enter bios. it sometimes just gets stuck on the acer screen and others it will get stuck auto detecting the 3rd master. i didnt make the back up cd as i didnt think this would happen lol. can anyone help

Contact Acer and they will send you the correct Recovery Disk for a
reasonable fee...

Sounds like your CPU maybe overheating. Try cleaning the dust off the
heatsink and fan on the CPU.

Can of air, to blow the dust off
Vacuum, to suck the dust that the can of air blows off the fan and heatsink
Tooth brush, to brush off the fan and heat sink
Face mask, to cover your nose and mouth so you don't end up inhaling the
dust

That's fine.

But that's not fine at all. In fact, it's extremely dangerous. You
should *never* vacuum the inside of a computer. Doing so can cause
static electricity discharges than can fry any of many components
inside the box.
