Can't log off or switch users, goes to blank screen.

I have a new Acer Aspire 6930 Laptop, everything is working fine except when I try to log off or switch users. I have had the laptop for about 2 months and I haven't had any problems with it. now all of a sudden I try to switch users the screen goes blank. I can see the activity lite working but nothing shows up. I can press the power button and it shuts down properly. Any Answers would be great.

Use the hidden administrator account to download your user account (lower level) Apply / OK and after that go back and rearrange to Admin Apply / OK - this helps to clear version. Do this a few times. Do the same with other accounts that may have problems. After that, if necessary you can also reset the account password. Memorize to leave your account as an administrator and the additional at the level you wish for. Make another administrator account in the company of your password and utilize it to fix the other at what time necessary. (For the repair, not for use as a regular account, a safety valve) Always keep a spare account manager.
