Black/blank screens in FSX

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help me with a bit of a technical issue.

-What I did-:
Install a third-party aircraft.

-What happened-:
(1) The box on the main screen where the aircraft preview normally
displays is now blank; and
(2) The main flight window (cockpit etc.) is also blank.

FSX was working perfectly, the problems started only after I had run
the add-ons in FSX and designated them as "trusted" (as per this

Any ideas for a fix?

Six week old Dell Studio
Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64 bit
256MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570
15.6" 720p WLED (1366x768)
FSX Deluxe (all up to date)

When you install FSX aircraft scenario, I use a Clickteam program called "Install Creator" (hereafter IC). I use this because most third party software for FSX is an installation type, click and drag. However, when trouble comes, find all files that have been "copied" in FSX system folders, it is almost impossible. The IC will create an installation package and also a UN package to install. This way when you get a fake addon, I can click on the uninstall icon, and delete only what you put into the folders.
